- Any project undertaken by The TR Group will be governed by a separate, signed agreement or contract between The TR Group and the client, setting out the specific scope of work, timeline, and payment terms for that project.
- These website Terms & Conditions do not replace or override the terms of any signed project contract; where there is a conflict, the signed contract takes precedence.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms (deposits, milestone payments, final payment) will be set out in the project-specific agreement or invoice.
6. Cancellations & Variations
- Should a client wish to cancel or vary a confirmed project, this should be raised in writing as early as possible. Costs already incurred (materials ordered, labour scheduled, site preparation completed) may be payable depending on the stage of the project.
- Any variation to agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing before proceeding, and may affect pricing and timelines.
7. Warranties & Defects
- The TR Group carries out all work to industry-standard workmanship and, where applicable, in line with manufacturer specifications for installed materials and equipment.
- Warranties on supplied equipment (e.g. inverters, generators, pumps) are subject to the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms.
8. Health & Safety
The TR Group maintains strict compliance with applicable health and safety regulations on all sites. Clients are required to provide safe and reasonable site access and to disclose any known site hazards prior to commencement of work.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The TR Group’s liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the value of the relevant project contract. The TR Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where such exclusion is not permitted under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
